Qualification:

Responsibilities include, but, are not limited to the following:

  • Conducts extensive market research identifying and targeting customer needs
  • Develops and manages complex marketing programs including projections on return as sales
  • Promotes company’s services and create awareness among the target customers
  • Responsible for all brand promotion, visibility and popularity
  • Ensures that consumer demands are being targeted through unique marketing ideas
  • Generates new leads and collaborate with sales department for implementation of sales strategy
  • Ensures cost effective marketing drive and turning into a new target customer base
  • Facilitates partnership with different companies and institution that will generate new leads
  • Develops business through marketing programs make recommendations and proposals on marketing tactics
  • Foster customer retention by doing right execution of marketing ideas
  • Reviews marketing targets monthly and analyze results of the marketing plans
  • Works with the Sales team, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors in facilitation of marketing strategies
  • Leads the execution of marketing program from start to finish and prepare evaluation report for the top management covering the result

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php18,000.00 to Php25,000.00 /month

  • Perform outbound calls to potential clients using the company generated leads.
  • Ensures quality and accurate information is given to clients.
  • Reports weekly call activities and conversation ratios.
  • Recommends and suggests new call sales strategies, sales spiels.

Job Description:

  • Prepares for and handles all bidding projects of Best Diagnostic Corporation.
  • Does daily telemarketing for new private companies and government agencies’ tie ups.
  • Prepares all logistics for affiliated private companies and government agencies’ Annual Physical Examinations (APE).
  • Coordinates all activities and ensures all requirements are accomplished, prior to the actual conduct of Annual Physical Examinations to all affiliated private companies and government agencies’ employees.
  • Entertains and attends immediately to all affiliated private companies and government agencies complaints and comments.
  • Documents his/her daily activities and reports the same to the Marketing Manager/Branch Manager.
  • Attends Marketing Department’s weekly meetings.
  • Prepares on time all supporting justifications and documents for his/her cash advances and liquidations, respectively.
  • Provides and facilitates assistance or information required or needed by all affiliated private companies and government agencies.
  • Informs/updates Management of the latest trends, issues, competitors’ performances, services and prices, as well as market demands in the industry.
  • Coordinates with concerned Company’s Department Heads/Staff to accomplish any works or documents needed to close sales.
  • Participates in all Marketing events, seminars and promotions, as needed
  • Provides on the job training to new Marketing employees
  • Provides assistance not only to the clients in his/her assigned areas, but also to all BDC walk-in patients, if needed.

Must be willing to do field work (Most of the time doing field work)
